Qonvo Privacy Policy

Qonvo is owned and operated by ChatLogix Inc. All privacy policy details in this document apply to consumers and businesses (paid and free) who use the Qonvo Messaging Platform.

Qonvo has been built to enable businesses and individuals to connect and have private conversations. Your privacy is central to our product delivery principles. This privacy policy provides important information about what information we collect and how we protect that information. This privacy policy applies to all Qonvo services unless specified otherwise. Please also read the Qonvo Terms of Service which describes the terms under which you use of services.

Information We Collect

Qonvo must receive and collect some information to operate, provide, improve, understand, support, and market our Services, including when you install, access, or use our web and mobile apps. The types of information we receive and collect depend on how you use our Services.

  • Your Account Information. You provide your mobile phone number and basic information (including a profile name) to create a Qonvo account. In some cases you may also choose to enable our mobile apps, in accordance with applicable laws, to the phone numbers in your mobile address book on a regular basis. You may provide us an email address. You may also add other information to your account, such as a profile picture and about information.
  • Your Messages. When businesses and consumers message each other via Qonvo our servers store those messages as part of your message history unless you specify otherwise in which case message history can be removed from our services. Consumers have the ability to remove messages from our servers when they delete a conversation. In some cases such as the delivery of group messages from businesses to a large number of consumers, we retain the outbound message and associated replies for a longer period of time due to processing requirements. We do not offer end-to-end encryption for our Services. Your messages are encrypted in our databases but can be accessed by Qonvo personnel for the purpose of managing our operations. All data is encrypted within our database to prevent unauthorized access and protect against third parties from reading them.
  • Your Connections. To help you organize how you communicate with others, we may help you identify businesses and consumers that you work with who use Qonvo so that you can message them (consumers) or invite them to follow you (businesses).
  • Notifications. Consumers can delete conversations with businesses, mute conversations with businesses to prevent inbound message notifications and block businesses to prevent incoming messages.
  • Customer Support. You may provide us with information related to your use of our Services, including copies of your messages, and how to contact you so we can provide you customer support. For example, you may send us an email with information relating to our app performance or other issues.
