Quick Start for Businesses

Every business can use Qonvo to connect with customers and drive customer loyalty and revenue growth.  Like lots of things in life, the most important step is to get started.  The sooner you start to build your subscriber list, the faster you'll be able to reach your goals.

This article provides you with an overview of how to get started TODAY.  I've also included links to a bunch of articles that will help businesses who are new to Qonvo succeed.

As always, we're here to help along the way if you have any questions.  We don't lock our customers into long-term contracts for a reason - it keeps us aligned with your success.  If you ever feel like you're not getting the results that you want then please reach out to me and I'll make sure that a member of our team provides assistance.  You can reach me via the Qonvo app - I'm a subscriber to every business that Qonvo supports or just email me at christopher@qonvo.com.

STEP 1:  Register for your Pro Plan 14-Day Trial

By signing up for your Pro Plan free trial, you'll have access to all plan features free of charge for a 14 day period.  If you don't see enough value from Qonvo during that period of time you can cancel and you won't be charged a dime.  Follow this quick start though and we'll do everything we can to help you succeed.

STEP 2:  Pick an SMS number for your business

The great thing about SMS text messaging is that everyone can text.  You don't have to worry about app downloads or web access or ... well anything.  All of your customers will be able to get text messages from you and your team will be able to chat with them via the Qonvo app.  First things first - get your very own business SMS number by following the steps below:

  • Select Settings from the Qonvo menu and choose the SMS tab
  • Enter your area code and follow instructions to pick an available number for your business.
We'll instantly provision your selected number from a major carrier like AT&T, Verizon or T-Mobile - It's all handled by us, that number is yours to use as long as long as you are subscribed to a Qonvo Pro Plan.

One important note:  SMS-enabled numbers aren't available for all areas codes.  For example the New York City 212 area code no longer has any numbers available.  If you don't see any numbers for your area code, just try another nearby area code.
